Production process:
1. Search: Buyer search the internet to find the seller and the
seller try to find the buyer.
2. Negotiation: Quality-Price-Mould material-Delivery
time-Payment-Technique requests.
3. Down payment: Usually 40% before we start working
4. R and D: We offer customers the drawings for products and mould
structure.
5. Confirmation: We send the drawings to customer to confirm.
6. Machining center: CNC milling machine-NC wire cutting-NC-EDM and
so on.
7. Testing: Testing the mould to make sure everything is ok.
8. Confirmation: We send the sample to customer to check.
9. Balance: Buyer send us the balance of the mould before shipping.
10. Delivery: We send the mould to our customer by sea or by air as
the demand of customer.
Packing and Shipping:
For molds export,we use strong polymerized wood board to make
standard export box to project the molds.Before put in box,we
wrapped the molds with plastic film to protect it from moisture on
sea with rustproof paint inside the molds.
The shipping company should provide tracking information and
insurance to ensure the safe and secure delivery of the product.
The customer should be provided with the shipment tracking number
so that they can track the progress of their order.

A3: Samples or an idea or a sketch will be good too. My engineering
department can design the 3D drawing on the new project.
Q4: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A4: We are specialized in high quality products. We have QC to
inspect the products before each shipment. You can come to visit
our factory or ask a third party for inspection. Or we can send you
videos to show the production process.
